CONSULTATION AND TREATMENT FEES

At Oxford Brain and Mind we offer personalised treatment plans to suit your needs.

All Fees must be paid at least 48 hours in advance.

We require at least 24 hours cancellation notice for a full refund.

Psychiatric Consultation	Fee
Initial new patient psychiatric consultation with Dr Malhotra (up to 90 minutes)	£600
Follow-up psychiatric consultation (up to 30 minutes)	£225

rTMS	Fee
Initial consultation with Dr Malhotra Full psychiatric and medical history Assessment of suitability for rTMS and protocol	£400
Each rTMS session (Full course is 20-30 sessions)	£200
Cost of 10 x rTMS sessions (can be over 2 days to 2 weeks depending on protocol chosen) Review with Consultant Psychiatrist after 10 sessions Further treatment plan	£2000
Maintenance rTMS - after a full course of 20 - 30 sessions (one session a week to one session a month)	£200
A typical protocol for the full course of rTMS treatment involves 20 to 30 sessions over 4 to 6 weeks. There are other protocols that can be shorter but with more frequent treatments in a day. Depending upon the clinical need and your schedule we can offer a bespoke rTMS protocol for you. rTMS cost also includes frequent clinical ratings with validated rating scales, short cognitive assessments (at the start and end of the treatment) Fees for a block of 10 rTMS sessions would need to be paid in advance.

Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy	Fee

Psychotherapy/CBT by Clinical Psychologist	£120
CBT by Nurse Therapist	£80
*CBT session cancelled with less than 24 hours will be charged at a full session rate
Insurance: Please talk to your insurer before and arrange for your fees to be paid by your insurer. Arrangements for insurance payment need to be made before the consultation, assessment or treatment. We shall be happy to provide a letter of support for this if you would need one.
